Psalm 107:25-27

²⁵ He spoke and raised up a storm wind
    that stirred up the waves of the sea.
²⁶ They were lifted up to the heavens, then cast down to the depths;
    their courage melted away in their plight.
²⁷ They reeled and staggered like drunkards,
    and they were at their wits’ end.
